CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Turquoise Rose Aesthetics, I value your time and mine. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice): Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will also be charged a 20% no-show fee of the scheduled service cost. This policy helps me provide the best service to all my clients while respecting the time and commitment of everyone involved. I appreciate your understanding and support!
